Ted's Bulletin is a restaurant in the Reston Town Center area, and my buddy picked it out. They have free parking in the neighboring garage on Sundays, which is a reason we went. The food seemed like slightly above average diner food. It seems that the emphasis is on breakfasts.

There would be times that I would be there until 11 and not have seated anyone in 3 hours. The managers are very bad at communicating with you, and they barley look at their work emails.
